The Timber Material we will provide is true to size, when we say a 10”x10” the post will actually be 10”x10”.
Our Pergola design is unique in that the load beams are notched into the center of the posts to provide superior wind, weight & stress resistance. All roof structures have a 12” overhang on each side. And all posts are shipped at 10’ long so you can bury them in a concrete footing or cut them down to attach to existing concrete.
Our Pergola kits are completely assembled in the shop prior to shipping to be certain everything fits together perfectly. All timbers are notched into one another to fit together tightly and all holes are pre-drilled for easier assembly.
